The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom, bathroom, and an open-plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. This space connects through large windows to the private patio, with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture.
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom.
The heated saltwater pool is shared with only two other houses. In the surrounding area, there are sun loungers reserved for each house, in a fully enclosed space with views of the mountains.
It also has private, enclosed parking with a free electric car charger (wallbox).
The house is for the exclusive use of guests and the host does not live on the property, ensuring a peaceful stay with complete privacy.
