Terms e Conditions Black Friday – Recantos d’Almerinda

This campaign is intended to offer customers a discount voucher corresponding to the value of the booking made between 29 November and 02 December 2024, applicable to future bookings or jeep tours, in accordance with the terms below.

2.1 The campaign applies to all bookings made directly with Recantos d'Almerinda, with a refundable or non-refundable rate, on the dates indicated.
2.2 Also valid for the purchase of vouchers, packs or jeep tours.
2.2. The maximum value of a single voucher issued will be 800€.

3.1. The value of the voucher is equivalent to the amount paid for the original booking.
3.2 The voucher can be used to cover up to 50% of the total value of a new booking, voucher or jeep tour.

4.1 For bookings with a refundable rate, the voucher will be issued and activated on the day of check-in.
4.2 For bookings with a non-refundable rate, the voucher will be issued and activated within 48 hours of the booking being confirmed.
4.3 With the purchase of vouchers, the voucher will be valid for 15 days after purchase.
4.4. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for bookings up to 1 December 2025. (Please note: bookings with a refundable rate, regardless of the check-in date, will expire on 1 December 2025.)

5.1. After the initial booking, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail:- The value of the voucher.- The date of activation of the voucher.
5.2 To use the voucher, the customer must:- Contact Recantos d'Almerinda.- Provide details of the new booking/tour and request the discount code.- The code will be sent by e-mail with the value corresponding to the voucher available.

6.1 Vouchers are transferable and can be given as a gift to third parties.
6.2 The recipient of the voucher must respect all the conditions of use mentioned in this document.

7.1. O vale não é aplicável a reservas realizadas por terceiros, plataformas de reservas online ou agências de viagem.

7.2. Reservas que não se enquadrem nas datas ou condições especificadas não geram direito ao vale.

8.1 In the event of cancellation of the original reservation with a refundable rate before check-in, the voucher will be cancelled.
8.2 If the customer does not use the voucher within the validity period, it will be considered expired, with no possibility of reactivation.

9.1 Recantos d'Almerinda reserves the right to change or cancel this campaign at any time, subject to 3 days' notice.
